<p>Units: About 44,000</p>
<p>Importer: Tupperware U.S. Inc., of Orlando, Fla.</p>
<p>Hazard: The maracas can break and expose small parts, posing a choking hazard to young children. In addition, the handle poses a suffocation hazard to young children.</p>
<p>Incidents/Injuries: Tupperware has received two reports of maracas breaking. No injuries have been reported.</p>
<p>Description: This recall involves blue and red toy maracas with yellow handles. The maracas were used by Tupperware representatives during sales presentations. Cut-outs in the shape of stars, squares and other geometric figures are located inside the maraca.</p>
<p>Sold by: Tupperware&#8217;s Holiday 2007 and Spring 2008 product catalogs from September 2007 through April 2008 for between $5.50 and $11.</p>
<p>Manufactured in: China</p>
<p>Remedy: Consumers and Tupperware sales consultants should immediately stop using the maracas and return them to Tupperware for a refund or gift certificate. Maraca return forms can be accessed at www.tupperware.com</p>

<p><strong>Incidents/Injuries: </strong>Lakeshore has received three reports of the head of the butterfly detaching from the body.  No injuries were reported.</p>
<p><strong>Description: </strong>The recalled product is a soft, multi-colored box with a different color on each side. &#8216;What&#8217;s Inside?&#8217; is embroidered on the front of the box and symbols of a lion, flower and purple butterfly are stitched on another side. Each feely box contains ten small stuffed pieces. The piece affected by this recall is the pink and purple butterfly.</p>
<p><strong>Sold by: </strong>Lakeshore Learning Materials stores nationwide and Toys To Grow On™ catalogs from September 2008 through February 2009 for about $40.</p>

<p>Incidents/Injuries: State Farm received one report of the plastic eye of a bear coming off and a child placing it in her mouth. No injuries have been reported.</p>
<p>Description: This recall involves the 11-inch (28 cm) and 18-inch (46 cm) State Farm Good Neigh Bears with plastic eyes. The bears are brown and wear a white and red State Farm shirt.</p>
<p>Sold at: The bears were given away free through State Farm agents and at State Farm sponsored events from September 2005 through March 2007.</p>
<p>Manufactured in: China</p>
<p>Remedy: Consumers should immediately take these bears away from young children and discard them.</p>

<p>Hazard: The stuffed toys have two button eyes that could detach from the toy, posing a choking hazard to young children.</p>
<p>Incidents/Injuries: None reported.</p>
<p>Description: The stuffed animal and creature toys are made out of cotton and have plastic button eyes. They come in a variety of styles, such as a rabbit, penguin and reindeer. The recalled toys and style numbers are listed below:</p>

<p>Hazard: When used as an activity table, the cap on one end of the product can loosen and fall off, posing a fall hazard to a young child.</p>
<p>Incidents/Injuries: Evenflo has received 11 reports of dislodged end caps which resulted in nine minor injuries, including bumps and bruises. Evenflo has also received a report of a dislodged end cap that resulted in a child suffering a broken collarbone in Canada.</p>
<p>Description: The recall involves Evenflo ExerSaucer Triple Fun stationary activity centers made between October 2006 and December 2008. The model number is 6231711. Stage 3 position involves converting the product into an activity table. No other ExerSaucer models use end caps and, therefore, no other models are included in this recall.</p>
<p>Sold at: Juvenile product and mass merchandise stores nationwide, including Toys &#8216;R Us and Burlington Baby Depot, from October 2006 through February 2009 for about $120.</p>

<p>Units: About 1.3 million</p>
<p>Distributor: MEGA Brands America Inc., of Livingston, N.J.</p>
<p>Hazard: Small magnets inside the figures can detach. Magnets found by young children can be swallowed or aspirated. If more than one magnet is swallowed, the magnets can attract each other and cause intestinal perforations or blockages, which can be fatal.</p>
<p>Incidents/Injuries: MEGA Brands and CPSC have received 25 reports of magnets coming loose from the figures. No injuries have been reported.</p>
<p>Description: The recalled MagnaMan magnetic toys are figures that have body parts that attach with magnets. They come in either a ?Futuristic Warrior? or ?Ancient Warrior? theme. Each figure comes with three accessories.</p>
