Many people might think that as a celebrity, Nia Vardalos would have had it easy when she and her husband wanted to adopt. It would seem that there is a celebrity baby born every hour, well not technically, but there have been quite a few since 2009. One new addition to the growing list is first time parents, Maxine Bahns and her husband Patrick Watson.
