I used the sling for both babies, still using it with Bri.I think it's so much more natural & nurturing than the bjorn. It really helped when Bri was having trouble nursing - it helped our connection.

I used the Maya Wrap. It was extremely helpful. She hated the baby bjorn. She would sleep, nurse, and pop up and look out at the great big world. I also used it at home when I was cleaning. She liked being close to mommy and I was able to do things like wash, clean the house, take the dogs for walks, and cook. :-)

I used a sling. I found it particularly useful with my twins. I carried one in the sling, one in my arms and I still had a free hand to open doors when necessary.
