		<description>I never threw up, but occasionally I felt queasy however after I started adding ginger root into teas, stir fries, I didn&#039;t have that problem again.  There are a lot of natural remedies out there that can be effective. I also used lavender essential oil in my diffusers and the sprays I made.

I didn&#039;t have a baby that slept through the night. :-) In fact, she was awake most of the time. The first three months I didn&#039;t receive too much sleep because she definitely wasn&#039;t sleeping through the night or the day, lol. She took short naps during the day and night. I&#039;m so happy those days are over at the time I didn&#039;t think they would end.</description>
