I'd say your children would love to see them. As of the camera in the delivery room, I can understand your point. I wouldn't be too happy either. The eternal information technology expert, he collected data diligently biweekly: my weight, my belly circumference - and of course - an accompanying belly shot. He even made graphs and did statistics on the data. I just had to pose. Not that I had much enery to do much since I had to bed rest during the last 2.5 months. So how did the shots go? They were cute at first but they really got weirder and weirder as I grew bigger. I`m 5 ft 1`and I was carrying twins. There was point when I was almost as wide (viewed from the side)as I was tall. Originally we felt the same as you, but truthfully, it it a lot of fun to look back on those pictures, especially as my tummy got bigger, now that those days have long passed. It wasn't the most fun, but in retrospect, I am glad I did it. and yes, we passed on the "glamour shots" - just plain ole digital camera pics for us. We took profile shots maybe once per week in our living room, sometimes a little less often than that.
Originally we felt the same as you, but truthfully, it it a lot of fun to look back on those pictures, especially as my tummy got bigger, now that those days have long passed.
It wasn’t the most fun, but in retrospect, I am glad I did it.
