According to the PB&J Campaign, eating peanut-butter & jelly is good for the Environment. Simply eating peanut-butter and jelly can reduce as much as 2.5 pounds of carbon dioxide emissions in to our atmosphere, preserve hundreds of gallons of water, and free up 50 square feet of real estate, when compared to what goes into preparing hamburgers.
