Dear Dannie,

Reading what you wrote about me and the site brought tears to my eyes. This, and the emails I receive from grateful readers, are more than enough compensation for keeping the site going. I never will know exactly why I fell in love with my first sparkleball or why it inspired me to create the site, but that's the wonder of our passions, no matter how silly. I hope if you and your daughter make sparkleballs you'll send me photos to post!

Best wishes, Alex, the sparkleball lady P.S. I love you ideas for holiday sparkleballs. I'm thinking of having a sparkleball wedding when I marry in Sept. And check out my attempt at a sparkleheart.
