Walnuts contribute to many different brain functions. But have you ever noticed how much a walnut looks like a brain with all the wrinkles and folds?
Tomatoes have often been called heart food. Of course the heart and tomatoes share the same blood red color, but did you realize that a tomato has four chambers just like the human heart?
Figs are known to increase the sperm production in males. They are full of seeds, necessary for the beginning of new life…not to mention, they also hang in twos when they grow :p
