		<description>I agree that the reading times at local libraries are a great summertime freebie.  Almost every public library that I know of has a program like this, in which kids can gater around to hear a dynamic story reading.  One library not far from me actually has a program where kids can sit and read to some listening DOGS, that are specially trained to sit still and listen to kids read to them.</description>
