I am a huge fan of the second hand clothes. But I too ran into a situation where clothes were expected back. Huh? I was of the thought that you use what you can and pass it on... isn't that the way it should be. I clarify before I take clothes now.... and I won't take anything that needs to be given back. My child is a walking disaster when it comes to stains and while I work hard to keep her clothes looking nice... there is only so much that a woman can do and still stay sane! Amen sister!
