I love Yoga its so very relaxing! I believe that if it can calm my spirit and my soul than using it for children is a wonderful idea for the same reason. Anything to calm a 2 year old works for me my son has so much energy . I think this is the perfect way to channel some of his energy. Thank you for the chance to win this wonderful book.
