Pregnant Marine Disappears
A pregnant 20-year old marine who was set to testify about an incident at the base is missing, according to CNN. The girl, barely out of her teens, disappeared from Camp Lejeune in North Carolina last December 14. Her mobile phone was found 6 days later. There were reported credit card transactions until the day her mobile was found. Her mother told reporters that her daughter constantly rang her and when she had not heard any word for 5 days, she knew something was terrible amiss. Officials say that she is due to give birth any time soon. These are trying days for her friends, who posted messages on Facebook along the lines of ?Come on home, your mom misses you!? Wherever she and her child may be, I pray that they be safe.
