To vaccinate or not to vaccinate - it's a very difficult decision for us parents and science cannot give us clear cut answers really. So it's always a question of weighing the benefits vs the risks. But I'm not too sure about the EU being faster in approval. Don't forget - we are dealing with many countries in the EU - the translation of documents alone can be a headache. I couldn't say whose approval process is "safer" or more stringent, as I believe the FDA works on bribes and is crooked. But that could explain why the U.S. is "behind."
