Kelly, thanks for your comment.
To vaccinate or not to vaccinate - it's a very difficult decision for us parents and science cannot give us clear cut answers really. So it's always a question of weighing the benefits vs the risks.

Dawn, I do some regulatory work and yes, there are some differences between the drug regulations in the US and the EU. But I'm not too sure about the EU being faster in approval. Don't forget - we are dealing with many countries in the EU - the translation of documents alone can be a headache.

Thanks for the information on vaccines. It is very interesting all of the points you bring up about this new vaccine!

We recently wrote an article on vaccines. A recent vaccine was created to help prevent the HPV virus in girls. But with how little it really does and with the toxic substances that have been proven to be in vaccinations, is it worth it?

Sincerely,
Kelly

To my (limited) knowledge of the way the FDA works, Europe has far quicker approval standards for new drugs than the U.S. So combination vaccines that may take longer to be approved here are approved more quickly overseas. I couldn't say whose approval process is "safer" or more stringent, as I believe the FDA works on bribes and is crooked. But that could explain why the U.S. is "behind."
