Jamie Lynn Spears Breastfeeding Photos Prompts FBI Investigation
I was very dismayed to read that some inconsiderate money-grubber out there decided to take make copies of photos being printed at their store of employment. This is clearly unethical, as the pictures are not their property. And now, the employee is being investigated for possible federal charges of child pornography if they are disseminated across state line with “lurid” intent. That is because the photos are of Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding her 3 month old daughter Maddie, and the mother in this case is only 17.
The federal laws in the country regarding child pornography state that it does not matter whether photos showing exposed breast of minors are meant to be sexual. They are subject to the protection of anti child-pornography laws.
Federal authorities are still searching for the suspect. I hope that employee gets his comeuppance.

Ok, not so keen that they are calling her breastfeeding pics “porn”. It is far from it! But, if it protects her privacy, they need to do what they need to do.

I am not fond of breastfeeding being considered as pornography either. But she’s a minor and I do approve of the quest to make this guy liable.

I think it’s disgusting that breastfeeding can be considered porn too, but there’s obviously many depraved people out there who do.
