We started this tradition with my twins (now aged 4.5) last year. And they loved it! A couple of months later, we even get to see a video of the gift-giving ceremony, usually in some less-privileged area in Eastern Europe. The faces of those kids opening their presents are really a sight to behold. And my twins get to see the fruits of their labor...
