I have nursed a one year old 8 or 10 hours after having a drink or two and would argue the ill affects in that situation. You do a LOT of things for the health and well being of your baby, I don't get why this should be any different. We know alcohol is bad for them, so why do people think that it's okay for a mom to use it just for the sake of "unwinding?"
