What Is The Celebrity Chef Cooking Up Now?

As it turns out it’s a new baby. That’s right, the celebrity chef is going to be a dad again. According to reports online this will be the third child for the British cooking whiz. He and his wife Juliette Norton, also called “Jools” have two daughters, Poppy Honey, born in March 2002, and Daisy Boo born in April 2003. Oliver and Jools married on June 24, 2000, and the family lives in Essex.
It’s also obvious that the couple are in tune with the kind of off-beat names many celebrities favor for their offspring. I wonder what moniker the new arrival will have. No doubt there will be some reference to a flower if the first two children’s names are anything to go by.
The chef, whose full name is James Trevor Oliver, had only recently said that he would think about adopting a baby boy if he and his wife couldn’t have one. A source close to the couple is quoted as saying, “They realized something was up when they were on holiday recently.”
Aside from his cooking show, Oliver is also well known for creating the Fifteen Charity restaurant where he trains young people to work in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The initial phase was such a success, that more of them have been opened around the world. He also tried to transform to the school lunch system, believing it was better to give children healthy and affordable food.
Oliver is frequently referred to as The Naked Chef, which was the title of his first series. He has claimed that wasn’t completely happy with the title, which was based on his straightforward recipes. In fact, in episodes which aired in the UK, the opening sequence would show him saying “No way! It’s not me, it’s the food!” He has written a number of books including Happy Days with the Naked Chef, The Naked Chef Takes Off and Jamie’s Kitchen.
