		<description>When I saw this article, I was frankly disappointed in Baby Talk magazine.

She's towed the line since like January?  Wow. I'd have liked to see a little more of a positive pattern before she was recognized by an award for parenting. They say she has grown and matured since becoming a parent.  Don't most of us?  How does this make her award worthy?

Now, if they are needing to hand out awards, I'd like to nominate my friend "K".  She has adopted 4 kids in addition to having 3 of her own. The 4 kids she's adopted are handicapped, paralyzed, etc. She's also served as a foster mom to handicapped kids.  

She's never gotten any awards that I know of....
