Ethan Hawke and wife, Ryan Shawhughes, just said hello to their first child together. Daughter Clementine Jane Hawke was born Friday, July 18th in New York City, as reported in People magazine. This is Ryan’s first child, but Ethan’s third. Clementine joins big sis and bro, Maya Ray and Levon Roan, whose mom is Uma Thurman.
On a personal note, I hope mom is recovering well and that the paparazzi and the public in general, leave them alone on their name choice for their daughter. There’s been so much flak on celebrity baby names like Apple, Blue, etc. The fact that she’s healthy and well-cared for should be all that matters.
