Celebrity Babies: Dancing and Singing

Marissa Jaret Winokur, broadway star and last season’s Dancing With the Star finalist, must be dancing for joy at the arrival of her first-born. Born via surrogate, Zev Isaac Miller arrived last Tuesday, July 22nd weighing a healthy 8 lbs. 7 oz. Dad is King of the HIll writer, Judah Miller. The parents can’t help gush about their “miracle baby”. Seven years ago, Marissa battled and successfully recovered from cervical cancer. As part of the doctor’s aggressive treatment, her uterus was removed, rendering her unable to carry a child. Zev, translated to wolf in Hebrew, is the couple’s biological child.

And I’m betting mom Martie Maguire, of The Dixie Chicks, is singing with glee after giving birth to her 3rd daughter, Harper Rosie Maguire. The Maguire’s have a brood of all daughters as Harper Rose have big sisters Eva Ruth and Kathleen Emilie, 4 year old twins. Hopefully Dad Garreth Maguire is taking being outnumbered by the ladies just fine. Harper Rose was born Friday, July 25th, and tipped the scales at 7 lbs. 10 oz.
