Gabrielle Reece and Laird Hamilton Welcome New Year babies

Gabrielle Reece, 37 and Laird Hamilton, 43, welcomed a baby boy born on January 1st, 2008, ringing in the New Year for the couple. The boy, born in Hawaii, was named Brody Jo and weighed in at 8lbs 2 oz. This is the second baby for the couple, who has an older daughter Reece Viola, 4. Hamilton, also has a daughter Izabella, 12 from an earlier marriage.
Just like any parent, the parents express concern on how their first child Reece,will adjust to sharing their parents’ attention, said Hamilton back in August:
“She [Reece] is the center of the universe right now, and when the next one comes along it’s gonna rock her little boat a little bit.”
