		<description>Yes, a little weird for sure. But I try not to pass judgment on people. I can just imagine the costs, however. Imagine if they took that $10/week and put it into a college savings plan, instead??? 

I'll teach my daughter (when she's four or five) that pedicures and manicures are a special treat, for special occasions, and it's just as much fun to paint your nails at home, or have your mom, sister, girlfriends, cousins or whomever do it for you.

		<description>I can't imagine having my baby's toenails painted!  Maybe as a treat for my child, but not before age 5 or so (and I would probably do them myself at that point--with eco-friendly, safe nail polish that can be peeled off or removed with alcohol)</description>
