I co-slept with both of my kids, not because I really wanted to, but mostly because it was the only way I could actually get some sleep.

I can see both sides of the co-sleeping argument, for sure, and can respect parents' decisions of babies who co-sleep.

But it took my husband and I nine years and a close call with a gash on his eyelid to get our CATS out of the bed...

First time there was ever an issue, hubby pushed stubborn cat off the pillow, cat used her claws to dig in, which connected with his eyelid. He was sooo fortunate; it could have been so much worse!

For the first time since we've been living together, we have the bed to ourselves!! We are going to try our hardest to keep it that way! LOL
