		<description>The only way I could possibly manage my family (four kids and one on the way!) is by hiring au pairs (this is my third.)  They are much cheaper than live-in nannies, they can help drive my kids around, they can even work evenings and weekends, and the price is the same regardless of how many children you have!!! Not the same with daycares. I use AuPairCare, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.</description>
