I wrapped the positive pregnancy test and a little onesie that says "My Daa Daa is #1!" in some tissue paper and gave that to him as my belated 10 year anniv gift. He opened it up and didn't see the test was positive and kind of thought I was giving him the onesie for a child we would one day conceive. He asked, "are you pregnant?" and I told him to look at the test. He was floored. I recently found out I am pregnant and I was able to surprise my husband with the news! I wasn`t as imaginative as you are! She bought a book called "The New Fan's Guide to the Red Sox" or something like that and she's going to put it on his chair. He's been a fan his whole life, so why would he need a book like that? I'm going to show her your blog, though, so that she comes up with a back-up plan, just in case. It's not just your husband--men just aren't all that good when it comes to hints!
