For my sister it was definitely extreme fatigue. Her husband went and bought their pregnancy tests (pre-missed period) for their 2nd and 3rd child when he caught my sister falling asleep ALL THE TIME, but especially in the middle of the day in the afternoons.

For me it was just one of those strange "I feel different" feelings. I bought a test a week before my missed period because I just felt very different and I knew something was going on inside my body. The test was positive and now we're 36 weeks preggy with our first! :)

For me it was the very sore breasts (they felt huge, heavy, and sore) and the fatigue. I decided to take a pregnancy test after spending more hours asleep one day than awake!
