		<description>I can say from personal experience (sitting through 6 years of school health classes) that abstinence only programs do not work. They did not prevent the students that were intent on having sex anyway, and didn't education them on how to be safe if they chose to be active. So, yes, these programs are a major cause for the rise in teen pregnancy.</description>
