Soleil Moon Frye Wants To Make The World a Greener Place
It seems like just yesterday I was a kid watching the television show Punky Brewster, which starred child actress Soleil Moon Frye. Now, more than twenty years later, she?s all grown up and a mom, just like me. Frye has also taken an interest in making the world a greener place for her children (Frye is expecting her second child in spring) and opened up an eco-friendly baby store in Los Angeles with two friends back in October. The boutique, called The Little Seed, carries products such as sustainable furniture, organic toys and non-toxic crayons and paints.
Frye was inspired to open the boutique after she and her husband, Jason Goldberg, had their daughter, Poet Rose Sienna Goldberg, and Frye had a hard time finding organic products and toys for her.
She and another celebrity friend, Melissa Joan Hart, recently completed a photo shoot for Us Magazine, as both are now seven months pregnant with their second children and are due within a few days of each other.
