E. Coli Found in Stolen Beef

The Department of Agriculture says that nearly 15,000 pounds of missing ground beef may be contaminated with the potentially deadly E. Coli bacteria. A truck load of contaminated beef was stolen from Texas American Food Service Corporation and is feared to be circulating through non-conventional methods. If you or a member of your family exhibits any of the following symptoms, you may want to consult a doctor immediately.
* severe stomach cramping
* diarrhea
* dehydration
* believed to have eaten ground beef with “EST. 13116? printed on the label
As always, people of advanced age and the very youngest of our children are at the most risk as their immune systems are not as strong.
